- Physically check and confirm the functionality of all outside water spigots, as water is essential for our work.
- Remove exterior decorations such as doormats, wind chimes, hanging or potted plants, flags, or any items that may obstruct our work, placing them at least 15 feet from your home.
- Close all windows, storm windows, and doors.
- Clear the driveway and garage of your cars before our arrival, as our truck cannot be moved once operational.
- If we are cleaning your deck, patio, or roof, remove all items at least 15 feet away from the designated area.
- If we are cleaning your pool concrete, ensure the cover is off, the area is free of furniture, and any safety fences are removed if possible.
- Unlock all gates to provide access to your entire property.
- Avoid deliveries or other contractors on the day of our service for safety reasons.
- Keep all pets indoors and remove pet waste from your yard to prevent interference with our equipment.
- Postpone planting, mulching, sealing driveways, window cleaning, or exterior painting until after our work is completed for better efficiency.
- Refrain from entering or exiting your home while we are working to ensure your safety.
